What Do We Need?
Hot water (~2000ml, 90-94ºc)
Cup x1
Very Easy to Use!
Slowly open the bag along the ‘open’ line
Shake gently to smooth out the coffee particles.
Pour in 20-30ml of hot water (never use boiling water) at about 92-94 degrees and wait 30-40 seconds (bubbles will need to come out…)
Slowly pour in the rest of the hot water 2-3 times and within a maximum of 2 minutes.
Once the absorption in the dorba is complete, remove the bag from the cup without squeezing and straining (this is important).
